Please note that our live help is only open on weekdays for limited hours. You can always open a support ticket if you need to contact contact our support team.
How to Get There
- Log in to your Bravenet account.
 - Select one of the websites, web tools, domains, e-mail, ftp, or databases tab.
 - In the top-right hand corner of the screen, there will be a link to our Live Help, as well as the status of the service.
