How to Get There

  1. Log in to your Bravenet account.
  2. Select one of the FTP Hosting, domains, or e-mail tabs.
  3. In the top-right hand corner of the screen, there will be a link to our Live Help, as well as the status of the service. When online, it will appear as follows:
