Hosting accounts are metered on a monthly basis. When your bandwidth allotment has been exceeded, we turn off access to your website for the remainder of the month.
If you are a free user you can upgrade to a professional hosting package to have your site reactivated. Or if you're a professional hosting customer already, you can buy a package with more resources.
This is a necessary step to ensure that all site accounts run as fast and reliably as they can.
