Custom error pages are only supported with the Professional hosting. We have a list of the hosting features available at the following URL for your refrence: http://www.bravenet.com/global/hosting_matrix.php

To use a page as your custom error page, use the appropriate filename. Valid names are:

401_auth_failed.html<br>
403_forbidden.html<br>
404_not_found.html<br>
500_server_error.html

When you create a new website on your Pro hosting account, default error pages will automatically be placed in your website directory. You can either edit those to your liking, or replace them with your own.
