<p>When a domain name is registered the information is sent to Directi where they are then supposed to return a response back stating that the domain was successfully registered. </p>

<p>Sometimes Directi will return a blank response after we attempt to register a domain. This will cause the domain name to be registered, but it will '''not''' be added to their account and it will not get name server information assigned on our side.</p>

<p>When this occurs the name servers will need to be added to the domain, and it will then need to be manually added to their Bravenet account.</p>
