How can I make my pictures smaller in the Visual Editor?

To resize your picture to be smaller, first click on the image while in the "Visual Editor" mode. A white square should appear over the top leftmost corner. Hold your mouse over it until you see an arrow.

Then, click and drag the corner inwards until it is the desired size. If your mouse goes off the screen, release the button and repeat the process.
